Phase 01, at 12 o’clock
The Foundation Reset
Calm and rebalance the body’s stress response at its source, shifting the nervous system out of a chronic fight or flight state.
Start with the resetWhy a dual block
The stellate ganglion is a bundle of sympathetic nerves in the neck that helps regulate your stress response. When it stays switched on, the body gets stuck in what is best described as survival mode: the “tired but wired” pattern of sympathetic overdrive.
The Reboot Protocol addresses both sides on two consecutive days. A local anesthetic is placed around the stellate ganglion under real-time ultrasound guidance: the right side on day one, the left side on day two.
Patient reviews
I had forgotten what it felt like to be happy, calm or get good sleep. The DSGB brought those things back and I couldn’t be more thankful.
As a veteran with multiple deployments … within 72 hours I started to find myself happier, more at ease and almost peaceful.
The SGB injections I received were effective and noticeable immediately.
My wife and I both had the SGB here and the experience was top notch.
Awesome treatment all around; I feel better than I have in years.
Individual experiences vary.

The Reboot method
The Reboot Protocol is phase one. Diagnostics, restoration and optimization are built on top of it, one phase at a time.

About Dr. Meighen“Dr Mike answered all my questions about the DSGB.”
Your two-day protocol
Day one starts here: a Reboot Vitality clinician reviews your symptoms, history, medications and stress-load patterns.
Day one. Real-time ultrasound guidance is used to place a local anesthetic around the stellate ganglion, to block the sympathetic signal.
Day two, the next day. The same guided injection on the other side of the neck. Treating both sides is what makes it a dual block.
After each injection you rest while the team monitors you. Most patients experience warmth in the face or a sense of heaviness around the eye. These are normal responses and nothing to worry about.
Each day is outpatient: you go home after monitoring. The process requires minimal downtime.

Before your visit
Pick a question. Still wondering? Call (844) 727-2192
It is our dual stellate ganglion block (DSGB). Under real-time ultrasound guidance, a local anesthetic is placed around the stellate ganglion, a bundle of sympathetic nerves in the neck: the right side on day one, then the left side on day two.
Day one: your consultation and nervous system evaluation, the right-side injection, then 20 to 30 minutes of monitoring before you go home. Day two: the left-side injection, monitoring again, and home.
Most patients experience warmth in the face or a sense of heaviness around the eye. These are normal responses and nothing to worry about, and the team stays with you for 20 to 30 minutes before you leave.
Coverage varies significantly by insurance carrier and plan type. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify coverage before your first visit. Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit, subject to credit approval.
Executives, first responders, veterans, athletes and anyone whose performance is being worn down by chronic stress. Your consultation and nervous system evaluation decide whether the protocol is right for you.
