The Foundation Reset
Calm and rebalance the body’s stress response at its source, shifting the nervous system out of a chronic fight or flight state.
Why a dual block
From the clinic
The stellate ganglion is a bundle of sympathetic nerves in the neck that helps regulate your stress response. When it stays switched on, the body gets stuck in what is best described as survival mode: the “tired but wired” pattern of sympathetic overdrive.
The Reboot Procedure™ addresses both sides in a single visit. A local anesthetic is placed around the stellate ganglion under real-time ultrasound guidance, right side first, then left. It is the first of four phases, and everything after it is built on the reset.

I had forgotten what it felt like to be happy, calm or get good sleep. The DSGB brought those things back and I couldn’t be more thankful.
As a veteran with multiple deployments … within 72 hours I started to find myself happier, more at ease and almost peaceful.
The SGB injections I received were effective and noticeable immediately.
My wife and I both had the SGB here and the experience was top notch.
Awesome treatment all around; I feel better than I have in years.

The Reboot method
The Reboot Procedure™ is phase one. Diagnostics, restoration and optimization are built on top of it, one phase at a time.
Calm and rebalance the body’s stress response at its source, shifting the nervous system out of a chronic fight or flight state.
Advanced diagnostics to uncover hidden imbalances affecting your health and performance, and the underlying dysfunctions behind them.
Once imbalances are identified, targeted and personalized therapies strengthen core systems.
With the foundation in place, this phase focuses on energy, clarity and long-term performance.
The same-day visit
One appointment, described in four lines.
Who it is for
It is not a lack of discipline.
In Tampa’s legal, medical and corporate circles, stress physiology overload is often mistaken for a lack of discipline. It is a chronic pattern of sympathetic overdrive, and it can be addressed at its source.

Right side
Real-time ultrasound guidance is used to place a local anesthetic around the stellate ganglion, to block the sympathetic signal.
Left side
The same guided injection on the other side of the neck. Performing both sides is what makes it a dual block.
Most patients experience warmth in the face or a sense of heaviness around the eye. These are normal responses and nothing to worry about.

Your consultation and nervous system evaluation, the right-side injection, the left-side injection, then 20 to 30 minutes of monitoring. You walk out the same day.
Most patients experience warmth in the face or a sense of heaviness around the eye. These are normal responses and nothing to worry about, and the team stays with you for 20 to 30 minutes before you leave.
Coverage varies significantly by insurance carrier and plan type. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify coverage before your first visit. Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit, subject to credit approval.
