Medical Clinic in Tampa, FL

You walk out
the same day.

The Reboot Procedure™ is one guided appointment: an evaluation, an ultrasound-guided injection on the right side, then the left, and 20 to 30 minutes of monitoring before you leave.

The Reboot Procedure™ (DSGB)

Ultrasound-guided, both sides, one visit.

The stellate ganglion is a cluster of nerves in the neck that regulates stress and the fight-or-flight response. The Reboot Procedure™ is our dual stellate ganglion block: a local anesthetic placed around it under live ultrasound, on the right side and then the left.

“You cannot optimize the body until you reboot the nervous system.”

Tired but wired is not a discipline problem.

For the executive, physician or founder, the “tired but wired” state isn’t just a phase but a chronic pattern of sympathetic overdrive. It is time for a recovery protocol that matches your standard of excellence.

Before your visit

Questions people ask first.

What is the Reboot Procedure™?

It is our name for DSGB, an ultrasound-guided dual stellate ganglion block. A local anesthetic is placed around the stellate ganglion, a cluster of nerves in the neck involved in the fight-or-flight response, on the right side and then on the left, in one visit.

How long does the visit take?

It is one same-day appointment: consultation and evaluation, the right side, the left side, then 20 to 30 minutes of monitoring before you walk out.

What might I notice during monitoring?

Patients may notice warmth in the face, a sense of heaviness around the eye, or immediate emotional calm. These are normal responses, and the team watches you for 20 to 30 minutes.

Who performs the procedure?

Dr. Michael Meighen, a Medical Doctor double board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine.

Does insurance cover it?

Coverage varies by plan. The DSGB Procedure may be covered under certain plans, while other services are out-of-network or cash-pay. We recommend checking with your insurer; our team can provide documentation and billing codes.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. We accept Cherry and CareCredit financing, subject to credit approval.
